- By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Spotify Integration
- Tuneify requires an active Spotify Premium subscription to function.
- The Service integrates with your Spotify account through the official Spotify API, under Spotify’s Developer Terms of Service.
- Tuneify is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Spotify AB. Spotify® is a registered trademark of Spotify AB.
- By using Tuneify, you authorize us to access certain Spotify data (such as playlists, track information, and playback) as permitted by Spotify’s policies.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Tuneify offers three subscription tiers:
- Tier 1 – $5.99/month: Seamless DJ-style mixing of playlists.
- Tier 2 – $9.99/month: Includes customizable mix points for greater control.
- Tier 3 – $49.99/month: For businesses and venues, optimized for commercial use.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
- All payments, billing, and refunds are subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective terms and policies. Tuneify does not control or process payments directly.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Use of the Service
When using Tuneify, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for personal or authorized business purposes.
- Not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit the Service beyond what is expressly permitted.
- Not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Tuneify or its integrations with Spotify.
- Ensure you have an active Spotify Premium subscription for the Service to function properly.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and functionality of Tuneify (including design, branding, and technology) are the property of Tuneify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without prior written permission.
- Spotify, Apple, and Google trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with fair use and developer policies.
6. Third-Party Services
- Tuneify relies on third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple, Google) for key functionality.
- Your use of Spotify within Tuneify is also governed by Spotify’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to their respective store terms, conditions, and refund policies.
- We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by these third-party services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also stop using Tuneify at any time by canceling your subscription via your App Store or Google Play settings.
8. Disclaimers
- Tuneify provides its Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We make no guarantees that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuneify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, by in-app notification or email. Continued use of Tuneify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
